It is stated, ” The hardest part of training is STARTING.”
One of the most important questions you can ask yourself is
WHY Do I Want To Train?
I want to learn how to protect my self and/or my family.
I want to learn a traditional street effective self defense and not sport.
I want to learn a martial art that will teach me discipline.
I want to stay in shape.
I want to build confidence.
What ever your reason to train, traditional martial arts will surprise you. It is a journey and not a destination. Your ultimate goal should be to obtain a black belt but, it should not be ignored, the many lessons that can be learned along the way. While we all learn the same techniques, there can be many different facets of personal development and it is a different growing experience for each individual.
What Does Training Consist of?
